1. Money Order / Pay in Advance
After your order you send us the money. Cash in a registrered letter or money transfer to our bank.
Paypal or credit card is not possible yet, but we´re working on it!
Within the European Union you have to use our International Bankcodes (IBAN / Swift bic) and the transfer
will cost the same as a bank transfer in your country. Transfers from outside EU you have to pay the
complete money transfer costs. The stuff will go on the way when the money is here!
The Shipping Cost will be different to anyone. It depends on which country you´re living. When you chose
your stuff and push the “order now” button you will see what your shipping will cost. In other countries we´re
shipping with german Post or with DPD Parcelservice. You can choose but DPD may the shipping costs be cheaper.
PayPal
The PayPal Fixed Payment Charge are 3%.
Reclaim
You can send the stuff back within 14 days.
If you have a reclaim, you have to get in contact first, then we will see. Reclaimable are just defect items, or stuff
which is not delivered than you ordered. When you get a parcel and see it´s damaged, please tell it the Postman. When stuff
get´s damaged on the way it has to be scaled directly by your Postman!
All musics or films like LP, CD, DVD or so on are definitly not reclaimable.
